Not even worth the 1 star. Communication poor, customer service poor, hygiene poor, facilities poor. Massage was terrible and expensive! Will be in pain for weeks to come. Bright lights stayed on, no relaxing music, masseuses talking loudly for the duration of the massage. Paid for a full body massage but hands and feet weren’t touched at all. Advertising states free sandwich and drink but not even a glass of water was offered. Stated on a number of occasions that I was early in pregnancy so needed a gentle massage laying on my side but was pressured in to laying on my stomach. Had to ask my masseuse 4 separate times to stop pushing so hard, ended up cutting the massage short and leaving in tears. Asked for a refund and had to argue my case back and forth for far too long with the rude woman at reception. Do not come here!

wow....I asked for spa & sauna but it for men only lol. 2 hours for $45 I'm sure a nice happy ending! customer service appalling at front desk, obviously don't want female customers but happy to see men....mmmmm! 😏 …

This place is a laughable Loud environment, no relaxation There were people being massaged in the hallway and even half of someone’s body was in my room poking through curtains and other half in hallway Below average massage Boss came in to talk loudly to workers for what felt like forever during massage Hands down worst massage experience I’ve ever had

Now up to $50 just for spa, sauna, steam, I believe so likely not to return. I understand costs have gone up but that's a bit of a gauge me thinks.

By far the worst wellness stay in my life! At the end of my stay in Sydney I wanted to have a realxed time here. When I was in the changing room, the receptionist assigned me a locker. The locker was broken. When I told her that it was already broken she got extremely unfriendly and said I broke it! UNBELIEVABLE. I should pay 150 AUD$ for that. Unfortunately, it was my asian "friends" again. What a stupid folk. Never go to these scammers. In the future I will enjoy wellness again in Germany. By the way. In the pool were some glasses at the floor/bottom... Dangerous. Stupid guys!

Very unprofessional. Felt unappreciated. Without us customers, this place wouldn’t be in business. Getting too cocky, no respect for us paying customers. Hot Spa was cold. No professionalism at all. 60min massage only goes for 40min. You asked for oil they don’t put oil. It’s a privilege and to work in Australia, not a right. Get a grip or go home. Not happy at all. I wont be spending a cent anymore.

Terrible massage therapists. Booked a couples massage and they were talking the whole time, there was no music, my massage therapist kept stopping because she was too busy talking, she would massage one arm or leg for like 10mins and do the other side for like 2 seconds. She forgot to do certain areas. We tried to explain we didn’t want a male therapist and they didn’t speak any word of English. Didn’t ask us if we had any medical conditions or allergies nothing…
